You can access Convey Account upon authorizing via Twitter. When authorization is completed, you get access to all Convey tools and features.

As a User of Convey, you are responsible for the account information you provide.

You certify to Convey that if you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation) you are at least 13 years of age. You also certify that it is legally permitted to use the Service, and take full responsibility for the selection and use of the Service.

Using Convey you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to access the Service, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, software, and long distance or local telephone service. You are responsible for ensuring that such equipment or ancillary services are compatible with the Service.


2. Access to the Convey tools

By agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you allow Convey app to access your Twitter Feed in order to provide the Services.

Enabling Convey, you allow our Service to reach your Twitter feed, find the most popular tweet among people/companies you follow or among people/companies you specified in your account settings and post it on your behalf.

Convey does not access your Twitter account to post any other content and does not post without your previous permission. Convey accesses your account strictly to provide the Services listed on the Website.


3. Restrictions

You represent and warrant that (a) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Convey Privacy Policy, with these Terms and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content) and (b) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You shall not use the Service or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.

Convey does not approve abusive or harmful content, content encouraging harassment, violence, suicide or self-harm, pornographic content, malicious software.

Convey may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms or your Convey account, you may simply discontinue using the Website.

Convey may change, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. Convey may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict User's access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.


5. Content

You agree that all content and materials (collectively, Content) delivered via the Service or otherwise made available by Convey at the Site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws.


6. Warranty Disclaimer

Convey doesn’t make any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.


7. Copyright infringement notifications

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through the Convey Website or services infringes a copyright, please send us a Notice of Copyright Infringement to [email protected]
